Publish with Purpose - 2-Part Substack Workshop w/Julie Davis

You've been curious about Substack, and wondering whether what you know is worth writing down. What gets in the way is the platform, the tech, and the blank-page question of what you'd even write about. Over three sessions, I'll walk you through setting up your Substack, sharing how I've been building mine and where I'm still figuring it out. You'll leave with a live publication, your first posts out, and a weekly plan you can keep.

The Friction of Scaling: Leading Through the Discomfort of Growth

Scaling your business means growing yourself, and your team. This interactive workshop introduces the Development  and Leadership Square, two frameworks for understanding how people grow and how to lead them (and yourself!) through it. 

You'll learn to identify where you and your team members are on the learning curve, how to grow through the uncomfortable "pit" where character and resilience are forged, and how to lead people all the way to true delegation, the point where real scaling happens.

Mahjong Open Play

Enjoy an evening of Mahjong in one of Franklin's most beautiful spaces. This a self-directed evening for players who already know the game and simply want a lovely place to play. There's no instruction/formal structure, just great company, good conversation, and the sounds of tiles & laughter! Come with your foursome or come solo and we'll help you find a table. Mahjong table setups are provided. Players bring their own 2026 NMJL card or may purchase one onsite. Light refreshments available.

Community Coworking Day

A complimentary day of focus and connections. We will be hosting this open day for coworking, with focus blocks, a lunch break, and time for connecting with other local professionals. Mahjong Guided Play

Intended for players new to mahjong but have already had an introductory lesson (Mahjong 101) or are comfortable playing a friendly game. There is no formal instruction at this event. This is simply a gathering of casual, beginner-friendly games at tables of four players.  Coaches from Charleston Social will be present to answer questions and facilitate tables as requested. Mahjong table setups provided. Players bring their own 2026 NMJL card or may purchase one onsite. Come solo or with a friend!
