Together, we’ll walk through creating your business snapshot, clarifying your mission, vision, and value proposition, and identifying the customers you’re here to serve. You’ll also take a deep dive into a guided SWOT analysis, uncovering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to help you see where your business can thrive and where to prepare for challenges. From there, you’ll explore marketing and positioning strategies that connect your business to the right audience with confidence and clarity.

Create Your Roadmap

• In the afternoon session, the focus shifts to building measurable momentum. You’ll learn how to select and track the right KPIs to monitor your growth and make smarter decisions. Then we’ll explore your people strategy—how to align your team, advisors, and support systems to bring your vision to life. We’ll close by pulling everything together into an executive summary that distills your work into a clear and compelling roadmap. By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a practical plan, guided worksheets, and the clarity you need to take your next step with confidence.
